Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-23. By engaging WebHostLB for any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

WebHostLB provides web design, hosting, care plans, domain registration, business email, SEO, e-commerce setup, AI enablement, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed in writing on a per-engagement basis.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to: host illegal content; send unsolicited bulk email (spam); knowingly distribute malware; infringe third-party intellectual property; or operate any service that violates Lebanese law or applicable international law. We reserve the right to suspend service for breach.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted via Whish Pay and OMT. Recurring services are billed in advance per the chosen period (monthly or annual). Invoices are due on receipt. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension after written notice.

4. Refunds & satisfaction guarantee

Hosting and Care plans carry a satisfaction guarantee from the date of activation: if you're not satisfied within the first month and our team cannot resolve your concerns, you may request a full refund of the unused portion.

Project-based work (web design, custom development, AI implementations) is non-refundable once development has begun beyond the initial discovery call. Specific refund terms for project work are agreed in the project contract.

5. Service-level commitments

We target 99.99% uptime for managed hosting. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance where possible. Support response times are defined per plan tier and detailed in your service agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Pre-paid balances for unused periods are refunded pro-rata. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance for data migration to another provider; specific transition terms apply.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for project work, you receive ownership of the deliverables specifically created for you. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party components remain licensed under their respective licenses. WebHostLB retains the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
